Cold smoked cheeses prepared just the way you like it! Choose from Gouda, Sharp Cheddar and Pepper jack! Weights range from one-pound, from five to six ounces and one-pound blocks depending on your preference! Have another cheese preference and want us to try something just for you? Just ask and we will be happy to smoke something else you would like to try!
At Van Cheese, our cheeses are cold smoked using competition blend pellets for two and a half hours. Maybe a long bold smoke flavor isn’t what you’re looking for and prefer a lighter approach to the smokey taste? We will soon have an option to buy the pepper jack and sharp cheddar with a smoke time of an hour and a half! After smoking, each of the cheeses are wrapped in parchment paper to rest overnight, then vacuumed packed, labeled and refrigerated before being shipped out!
