VanCheese is a veteran owned company. I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1996 and served until 2004. My friends and I started out smoking cheese for ourselves in 2025 when we wanted a snack and have slowly expanded to share with you! After bringing some of my snacks in to work to share with coworkers, friends and family, it’s time to share with the rest of you who enjoy these smoky, delicious snacks! Cold smoked cheese goes great on burgers, brats, chili and grilled cheese!
